Driving around the county I was taking photos here and there and ended up right in my own backyard and around our little town. I found that the most beautiful trees were in our lovely city cemetery. I go there to walk many times because it's quiet and not a lot of cars to have to worry about.
The colors just blew me away!I love the shape and color of this tree but don't know what kind of tree it is. If anyone knows please comment and inform me! Here's a close up of the leaves on this tree. Anyone? Anyone? As you can see, the walking path is a nice, easy one! However, roaming my own home site I found a few beauties to share. Then I walked down my little country road in front of the Pines:
Country roads take me home! No more leaf peeps I promise! But it's so hard when you're in love! Have a good week!

Your fall colors are spectacular. I think the tree that you asked about could be a Beech tree. I love driving around at this time of year. The colors take my breath away.
Enjoy the colors while they last.
Stay safe and well.

Hi, YaYa!
I admire your "Fall in Love" header, dear friend! Wow, this is what I've been waiting to see for weeks now. These pictures you posted boast the most brilliantly colored fall leaves I have seen this season. When I click to enlarge the images it's almost like looking directly into the sun. These scenes are glorious and dazzling, each one a work of art! How I envy you for having the opportunity to stroll along the lane, view those trees close-up and breathe the cool, fresh air. We had an uncomfortably hot day down here again, and your post provided me with an escape that is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, dear friend YaYa, and have a safe and happy week!
You can show me all the leaf pictures since our leaves really don't change much or until January LOL. Always a beautiful show the trees put on in the fall!

Wow - beautiful leaf pictures. Autumn is such a truly beautiful time of year. Hope you have a good week. See you again soon.
this fall has been very pretty it seems most every where. I know ours is amazing. Sad the leaves have to fall but winter has it own beauty too.

for some reason your email is not coming through when you comment on my blog. I would like to email you back but can't find it.
thanks for your visit to my blog

Oh how I envy you the beautiful leaves! In our area we mostly go from green to brown:( I think it's due to the very hot weather we have. I thought of you and your love of Halloween today when I yet again put off getting out my decorations. Just can't seem to get into it this year. I do have 3 small things on my kitchen counter:) Now that the grands aren't little I think I don't have the inspiration. But Christmas will be here soon and I will more than make up for it:)
You can show pics of trees anytime. Love the colors this year! Janice
Hi YaYa!!! Thank you so much for your visit to my kind visit to my blog and your sweet comment....Unfortunately I did not get an email notification of it, so I could not respond to you by "replying." Not sure why....You are among a very small number of people that that I have that issue with. In any event, I'm here! And don't ever apologize for posting the beauty of fall. Those trees are glorious!! And since our trees have been stripped of their colors and leaves for a few weeks now already and their limbs and the ground are now covered in snow (with more still falling), I will soak up the remnants of fall anywhere and anyhow I can get them. I do believe the colors were especially "intense" this year...especially here. I am a horrible driver in the fall....I slow down for beautiful trees LOL. And, yes....it sounds like we have kindred souls... So glad to have found my way to you. ~Robin~
