Blog Break
We're heading out to visit our son in Oregon. We fly at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow and I'm sure the next week will have some blog worthy moments to share. I'll miss trick or treat here with our other Grandkiddos but I'm looking forward to seeing Taylor, Katie, Sophia and of course our son Craig and my sweet Daughter-in-law, Amy! It's been a year since we've seen them and kids grow and change so fast. It's hard to have them so far away. Anyway, our son Jordan is taking vacation time to house and dog sit while we're away so don't try any funny stuff....he's a good shot! Plus Arnie is a killer!

What a great picture of snoozing Arnie! He'll be in good hands with Jord staying with him at The Pines. I hope you have a pleasant trip out to the coast and a wonderful visit with your family in Oregon. If Sophia is the one who used to say "Oregon, Portland," be sure to ask her if she remembers saying that, and tell her that you and I still do. :) Upon your return I look forward to your post with pictures of the fun you and your family had out there. Enjoy your visit with Craig and family. You’ll have lots to share with us. My sister just got back from Oregon on a business trip but made a long weekend out of it with her husband. She loves Oregon, she says it’s so beautiful. Arnie and Jordon will hold the fort down for you. Can’t wait to hear all about it.

How wonderful you will get to spend this time with your son and his family. I can't imagine not seeing my one and only son for a year...withdrawal symptoms for sure. Hope you have a FABULOUS and, of course, safe trip. Enjoy, Enjoy!!!
