Happy Easter!

This Easter we were blessed with good weather, a wonderful Church service where Jack gave a very inspiring talk, and a great afternoon of my 3 favorite F's...Family, Food, and Fun! Driana arrived with Summer, Anthony, 2 friends and one very obvious minus...their parents and their little brother Cameron. They were spending the morning in the ER. Long story short...They arrived shortly after with Cameron who is doing just fine.
Summer, (on the left with her stylin' hat!) and her best friend Bailey. They look like they could be sisters!
Anthony spent most of his day playing with this kite! It was a perfect kite flying day..sunny and a bit windy. He struggled with the art of kite flying but never gave up...until a tree came between him and wild blue yonder.
Then these two cutie sisters...Lexi and Addy came flying in on winged feet!
They looked very cute in matching Easter outfits.
They brought me a beautiful centerpiece...and PawPaw got some yummy fudge. They know what we both really enjoy!
Cameron arrived and we decided to have the egg hunt before we ate in case he wasn't feeling up to staying late. He had been talking about this hunt all week and we didn't want him to be disappointed.
With baskets in hand and smiles on faces the annual egg hunt was a complete success!
After all the eggs were found it was time to belly up to the island for some grub!
Addy didn't even make it through the first course before she conked out.
Beside running around the Pines, hunting eggs, and playing with the other kiddos, she enjoyed tooling around with Lexi in a pretty pink jeep!
The rest of the afternoon was spent outside flying those kites...this time with parents helping and kiddos smiling!
It's days like this that bring out the "smiley" in me! Happy Easter everyone!

I'm so glad that you had such a wonderful Easter Day with your beautiful family. It looks like a perfect day.

We had a minor snowstorm here today and the snow is already half gone again but had a great time too talking to my two long distance daughters , working and having breakfast with friends, attending church and dinner at my daughter and family. I'm wiped.

Happy Easter. Hugs, JB

It looks like your Easter was wonderful too...lots of little kiddies..where we only had the one.
Most of the Great Grandchildren live out of state. You are so fortunate to have yours nearby.

A perfect Easter for sure! The kids all look so cute especially the little girls in their pink sweaters! And Addy asleep....awww! I wanna ride in the pink jeep too. I'd love to get one to keep here for the kids but Larry ran over our sweet little tricycle this weekend so I'd be scared to have anything better. Hope Cam is OK. Anxious to hear that story!
The last pic made me laugh...thanks for that!

Awww, it looks like you had a wonderful Easter holiday! I'm glad the kids had fun. I got in touch with my inner child (don't I always?) and spent a half hour outside blowing bubbles that my mom had put in my Easter basket. Reminder: I'm 23 years old.

Jack did give a great talk, as well as, Colleen. I enjoyed listening to both.

You always have a great dinner. I'm glad everyone came.

Thanks for my yummy lamb cake. I liked it with the cocunut! We took the rest to Kyle's work because we are trying to lose weight ourselves. Wish me luck because I am never good at this!

Look how beautiful the little girls were in their pink Easter finery! I'm envious that you were able to have some little ones. I missed that this year, but we had some fun with the "big ones" instead.
