Blah, Blah, Blah

I feel like this surgery scheduling board...very blank. It's usually covered with our schedule for the day but the technology on this day wasn't quite working right. Many days we wish for the old pen and paper way of life! I wanted to blog tonight but I feel very blank. Not much happening worth blogging about. Jack wouldn't let me take pics of him getting ready to go in for a colonoscopy. Don't ask me why. The weather has been nice and mild (although snow is heading our way tomorrow). I can't even complain about that. I'm still dieting and exercising and slowly taking a few pounds off here and there. I haven't heard if I won the HGTV dream home. That's always a possibility..I never give up hope for that! I did get a zit on my chin today. I'm 58 and I have a zit. I didn't even have those when I was a teen. I was feeling pretty bad about it until a coworker said she had hairs on her chin. Yep, I'll take a zit over chin hairs any day. So I'm going to leave this post tonight as blank as our surgery screen....it's just all blah, blah, blah. Good night.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Actually, I thought it was one of your better posts! ^_^ I mean...you talked about the weather (the white stuff on the horizon), the hub's Colonoscopy (by the way, thanks for NOT sharing! ^_^), and old people zits and chin hairs! Ha! Ha! I felt right at home!!

Don't brag too much...those chin hairs pop up out of nowhere! You might want to think twice about winning that dream home too. I read that most people have to sell them for much less than they're worth because they can't afford the taxes. That would be my luck! Oh well...guess a blah, blah, blah day is better than a BAD day any day:) Hope you have some "good" excitement soon...if you do, send some my way!

Oh this made me laugh! First, taking pictures of your husband before his colonoscopy! I'm sure you have more exciting things going on than that! :) And, we always think we are going to win the dream home! In fact, we always try and look nice on the night of the big announcement in case they knock on our door. We also look out the windows to see if we see the truck and crew! :)

We all have our blank days. I like this post, though! You did a great job of tying in your blankness to the blank screen. Love it.

Ha I'd also take a chin zit over a colonoscopy. ;)

I've been getting the stray unwanted facial hair here and there lately, too.

Why can't I just get that hair to pop out on my head, where it is needed?!

What a ridiculous time of life...

=)

I'm sorry about your zit but I'll trade for two white hair above my lips that refuse to go away. I'm 65 and (shhhus, and don't have hair on my chin though)

I had to laugh about the hubby not wanting his picture taken before his colonoscopy as if he will look different after, lol...

Cheer up, spring is not far away and you'll be able to go for long walk. In the mean time, congratulations on taking off some unwanted weight.

I hope that you had some time to catch up with Donna about her mission trip.

I hope that your weekend is blahless. Hugs JB

Oh yes, send positive energy to those contests! I've entered cruises, homes, vacations, all the freebies that are dangled in front of me. I never win!

I do want to return here and read that you won!
And then, you'd have a reunion of all your blog friends!
Where is the home?
Will it house all of us for a vacation?

I remember projectile vomiting my last cup of pre-colonoscopy "beverage" at the tv. Hope Jack is not having that much fun, but if he is, thanks for not sharing. If you win the HGTV house I am definetely coming for a visit. Oh for the blah days--Tommy is on the move and I think my slow days are gone for a while. :)

Congrats on the weight loss! I'm jealous! Yeah I asked my doctor when I would stop getting zits. He said "Oh you can have zits into your 70s!" I don't think it's fair that I have zits and wrinkles at the same time. :/

Your so nice! I didn't realize I was signed in under my new account. The Witmer Family Reunion is me! I'm trying to get a blog book for a genealogy treasure of mine. :)

Oh YaYa . . . I know your life isn't boring at all! And way to go on keeping up with the weight loss. I have sadly neglected myself, and got stuck in a pity party of one that gave up on myself.

Maybe with thoughts of your success, I'll get back to doing what I should be doing.

Take care and stay warm!

Even on your blank day you kept me reading through the blog.
How did the Colonoscopy go?
Zits are so unpredictable, what can I say.
We had snow yesterday, it sis very windy today. At least it is sunny to look outside:)

I was informed by my doctor a couple of days ago that it is time for me to have another colonoscopy. The procedure isn't nearly as bad as the prep for it. I hate anticipating it so badly as I get so sick to my stomach. Oh well, such is life. I wouldn't want my picture taken as such a time either.

Fortunately I don't remember ever having a zit or chin hairs.(Maybe I just can't see them). I do wonder where these weird wrinkles that resemble zippers on both sides of my lower cheek come from though.

You can't possibly win that dream home because Dick says he is going to win it (he enters every year)

BTW, most of my days are blah blah blah, which is probably why I only blog once a week.

No CHIN HAIR?
You've got to be kidding.
I've been plucking/shaving hair from my chin since I was 21.
Girl, you need to be kicking up your heels and celebrating ONLY having a zit!! LOL

Be sure to take photos to share when you win the Dream House. OK?

I've been there too often girlfren. I'm guessing your hubby is feeling a little empty right now too.
No, wait, you said blank :)

So funny! I your blahs and the zit leave you sooner rather than later. Are you absolutely sure you're chin-hair free? Have you looked closely? :-)
