Halloween Wrap Up!

October 31st...it's here and now almost over.😔 I went to Chicago and did the trick or treat fun with my sister, Midge and her family.  My niece, Amy, did makeup for us and turned us into the bewitching grannies!

Make up? Check

Add costume...Check
Mix in a sweet sister witch! Check!
Combine niece, Amy, and her hubby, Eric for more fun

Put us all together and you have a witch trifecta!  It was a beautiful day for trick or treat.  A bit chilly but we had a blast with our suped up witch mobile.
Everyone loved our set up as we handed out candy from a cauldron loaded with candy and magic!  I hope everyone had a fun Halloween day and a wonderful, best month of the year, October! Over too soon.  Booo all!

Absolutely LOVE this! What fun!! You three made for some AWESOME witches!! Amy was spectacular on make-up! It looks like you had better weather than we did. Although the day started typically fall-like with a mix of sun and clouds, it turned steadily cloudier and then a cold rain started in. It's now past the witching hour but I'm pretending daylight saving time ended a bit early and it's still October 31st. ;-)

Hi, YaYa!

That is a remarkable transformation, dear friend! Amy did an amazing job of turning you, Midge and herself into witches - totally convincing. With talent like that, Amy could find work in the makeup department of a major movie studio. What a treat you folks gave the kids in Midge's neighborhood, riding around in your witchmobile handing out candy from a cauldron. The young ones you interacted with will remember this Halloween for the rest of their lives.

Have a safe and happy November, dear friend YaYa, and join me if you can when I return on the 25th with my next post at Shady's Place!
