I sure was hoping to have a ton of new things to write about. Surely the weekend would deliver some fun and excitement. We did have a lovely day on Saturday going to Columbus to attend the Temple with friends who are getting ready to send their son on a mission. A fun lunch was had afterward. Did I get any pics of the food? Nope. Of the people we were with? Nope. The scenery on the drive there and back? Nope. Ok, so if a tree falls in the forest and nobody is there does it make a sound? If you have a fun day and take no photos to document it on your blog did it really happen? All I can say is "Yep"...it did happen and I'm glad I went, but Saturday evening into most of Sunday it was back to the same old, same old....Hold on, I'm going to use the "S" word....SNOW.
Frosting on the Pines.
Eddy up to his knees in white stuff.
Eddy looking for a place to do his "duty"...what's a Boxer to do?
All I can say is I'm glad I get to use the same old, same old, indoor plumbing! (Pretty lame blogging if this is all one has to show for a weekend!)

Some of your snow is drifting down here again tonight. I really wish you all would keep a better eye on that stuff and keep it up north where it belongs :)
you're so funny! My dog has the same dilemma when we get snow and ends up 'going' on the deck under the eaves. What's a boy to do?
Hi, YaYa! Hi, Eddy! So you couldn't show us any pics of the food, the people or the scenery on your trip to Columbus, dear friend? So what? Don't you remember that Seinfeld, the greatest sitcom of all time (second only to My Mother The Car), was often referred to as "a show about nothing"? The Liebster doesn't lie and for you to receive one you must be doing something right. You are. You are funny and entertaining and you have a heart - all things that make for a great blog and a great friend.
(Just a thought - you could have written a review of the movie Goodbye Columbus!)
I'm surprised Eddy didn't put on his boxer briefs before going outside to wade in the white stuff. (Perhaps a few pics of Eddy's "code brown" and patches of pretty yellow snow would have enhanced this post.)
I hope your week is going well, dear friend YaYa. Be careful driving and walking on those slick surfaces. See you soon!
We don't need pictures to know that the day you described was wonderful!
Hi there Yaya, I love your fresh Valentine balloons wallpaper. You are always so up to date on your blog.
I always love hearing about what you've been up to even if you don't have lots of picture of your week to share. Eddy is a photogenic dog and that's good enough for me.
I'm some glad that you use the indoor plumbing, especially this winter. I'm counting the days to Spring.
37 days to spring.
Hugs

We did too. Sunday into morning morning. Not too much, but enough to make a mess of the commute. We are going to get more on Thursday. Ho well.
Well, I'm just going to have to use the H word....HaHaHaHa! You're "H"ilarious! And, I have received not one UPS package....nothing....nada...
"H"aHaHaHa! Have a great week!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on Fins'. The food was great. Pricey. They had small plates that were less expensive. For the most part, it was seafood, sushi, and steak dishes.
Ha Good boy Eddie ~ oh your mom has it easy doesn't she !
