Just because I never knew cactus can grow in my yard. (In Ohio)
Just because even weeds can be beautiful.
Just because fog can be magical.
Just because a walk down a country road is the road to home.
Just because beauty at the end of the day gives hope for a better tomorrow.

Fog can be magical as long as one does not have to drive in it. I so love the wild carrot...what others call Queen Anne's Lace now mixed in with the wild Chickory. I know it is Summer when I see those flowers together. Janice

What a beautiful post! Just because!! My neighbors who live only about a mile from me as this crow flies grow those cacti and I love them. They've given me some several times and they just won't grow for me...think my soil is too much clay. (And, pssst...your weeds are much prettier than mine.) ;-)
What lovely photos! We have the cactus here too, it is a native, it is a prickly pear cactus. Is that yours too?
