Easter fun starts with some food of course: Ham, some Greek food, and the Lamb cake that's been part of my holiday since childhood. The most fun part is family: Anthony, Driana, Summer, Cameron and we are adding Amanda and her little one Alexis, Phil's new family to be. In April! The egg hunt is on with Anthony and his Dad scouring out the hidden treasures. Day is not complete without PawPaw rocking a baby! Happy Easter!

that lamb cake is AMAZING! do you have a pan for it? or do you just mold it?
Leisy, the cake is made with a cake mold. The one I have is cast iron, an antique (like me!)My Mom always made them at Easter time with her cast iron mold and I was thrilled when my brother found mine at a flea market.

i don't think anyone has warned buffalo yet, but we are headed out there regardless! and of course we will come out and visit, leisy and kent say great things about you guys and your good food. we like craig a lot too, so count on seeing us in the fall!
Such fun pix! We made a lamb cake too. It was actually really yummy. I like it with coconut(I think you usually make it that way). It makes me sad to see the pix and know we missed another easter egg hunt. I guess we'll just have to deal until we're up in Cincinnati and can make it more regularly! Looks like we'll plan a visit in August so we can catch Laney and Taylor on their way up to Buffalo.
